We normally ship within 7 business days from the time
your order is received. Custom and bulk order items
may take longer.

Shipping Charges
For shipments to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside of the United States,
the actual shipping cost will be charged. Please contact

Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address
is Florida.
Our sales tax is 6.5%. It will be charged on the total
price (product plus shipping).
Credit Card, Personal Check and Money Order Acceptance.
We accept Paypal, American Express, Visa, Discover,
and Master card.
We also accept personal check and money order. Your
order is to be shipped as soon as your personal check
or money order is cleared.
Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before the order is shipped
out. Personalized items are not cancelable.
Warranties
Your product(s) will be packed professionally to secure
the maximum protection from transit damage.
If your product is damaged, please leave the item(s)
and all the packing materials (cardboard, paper, bubbles,
etc) in the box. And contact us immediately.

USPS will not accept the insurance claim unless the
product is in the original packaging. If the product
you received is obviously defective due to manufacture’s
poor production, please contact us immediately. The
replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible
at no cost to you.
Return Policy
For product damage, contact us immediately. We will
report to UPS or FedEx Ground to pick up the product
(call tag arrangement).
We accept credit only for return items within a week
from the date of your receipt of product. Return item(s)
must be in an appropriate condition and in the original
package. Return shipment is at your cost.
